It's Hay Bailin' time

The tractor is out today bailing the hay. Today is such a beautiful day. I was out working in the garden and I could hear the neighbor's chickens talking a few houses down, the birds chirping in the field and  I can't help but love the place where we live.

Day Camp for Thing 1 and Thing 2

 I went with the girls to day camp for activity days. We had a few girls cancel the night before so I brought Madison along with me, 'cause that's how I roll. It is so beautiful at this camp. The girls really enjoy themselves and they get to try lots of cool stuff. This year they got to make bird houses, leather bracelets, participate in an obstacle course, and rope some "bulls." All in all we had a great time.

Thing 1 Has Braces!!

She had braces put on today. She is such a good sport. Love her so much!

Vernal Falls Yosemite

After leaving Monterey we headed to Yosemite for a few days. It was B's favorite part. It was really pretty. Vernal Falls hike is a killer but worth it. The girls were such good sports. It was really hard, even with paved pathways.

Gilroy Gardens

One day we went to Gilroy Gardens, I thought I took more pictures, but I guess not... The girls still had fun, especially playing in the water splash park they recently added. 

A Kayak Trip

What a fun trip!! We all loved the kayak trip. We saw tons of otters and seals. We found live sand dollars and a sea hare (giant sea slug), a few crabs and sea anemones.
