Red Rock Park in Las Vegas

We met my parents and brother with his family in Las Vegas. We went on a really fun hike up in Red Rock park. The kids love slot canyons.

Wheeler Farm

We took the girls to Wheeler Farms. They thought the old toilet was disgusting and hilarious.

Thing 2's Birthday

This year Thing 1 wanted Grinch Pancakes for her birthday breakfast. So that's what she got.

The Forgotten Carols

We brought out my parents to go to a play with our girls. This was another Christmas experience we did that year. Nana loves the book The Forgotten Carols so we got tickets for them to see it. B and I saw it a few years ago with his work so we were content to stay home with Beans and let them have a special night with their grandparents.

Discovery Museum

We took the girls to a great place while we were in Reno. They love the discovery museum there. So cool.

Hot Air Balloon Surprise

One day I heard a loud noise above our house and when I went outside to see there was a hot air balloon landing right in front of our home. We get to see them a lot during the spring and summer but we don't always get to see them this close.

Charles Dickens Christmas

While in San Fran we went to a Charles Dickens fair. It was AAAAMAZING!
