While on our trip in Las Vegas, Thing 2 fell off the slide and broke her elbow. Fortunately, daddy was with us and he was able to fix her good as new. She had to wear a splint and a wrap for a few days till the swelling went down but then she opted for a bright hot pink cast. Our girls are all about pink. She was such a trooper. That first night she was so sad and cried because it hurt so bad, but a little bit of Tylenol, popcorn, movie, and snuggles with dad and she was able to stand it. We were able to still swim even because she just had the wrap at first. We'd swim, change the wrap, go swim some more and so on. When it was time to take it off she couldn't stop giggling. She was really nervous at first but soon found the saw just tickled her arm. Look at her smile. She was the perfect patient! Hopefully, she won't have to be it again any time soon.
