While in Salt Lake City we went to the Children's Museum across the street from Temple Square. They had a Book of Mormon interactive display and the kids LOVED it. Some of the stuff is more different cultures of course, like the Mexican style dancing and tortilla making, but then there was the boat they could "fish" off the edge of and different dolls games and so on. We talked a bit about how it would be to live on a boat for a year like Nephi and his family did, what kinds of foods they may have eaten and so on. I appreciate anything that makes the scriptures come to life for my children.
