My snow warriors.
B sent Thing 2 on a short little slope all by her lonesome. She was so cute. Thing 1 was a good trooper, even with a few tumbles.
This winter has been very cold but we haven't had a lot of snow, at least not as much as these past two years. After one of the few big snow storms while the snow was still fresh and perfect for sledding, we took advantage of the opportunity. Actually, B said we were going and that I had to come along. When we got to the hill we were the ONLY ones there for about 30 minutes. Then another family arrived, but other than the two of us it was empty. Even I, who absolutely hates the cold, had lots of fun. I was so glad that I went.
Thing 2 rode down with B the majority of the time. She thought it was the most fun ever. Thing 2 is usually a mama's girl and will choose me over B every time. However, while sledding, she chooses B. Hands down he won every time. I loved watching them play together and listening to the girls squeal. There is nothing else like it.

you have been a busy mommy! it's been fun to catch up on what is going on with you guys. i can't even think about catching up on the blog, so I am soooo impressed when someone does. :) your family is adorable.
Thanks, Annie. Sometimes I think I will make little books for the girls and they can look back at what we did while growing up. But who knows if I will ever get around to actually doing it.
