Thing 2 was born on Dec 26, 2007 at 7:47 am. She was a planned c-section so no surprises as to when she was coming for us. There was always the chance that she would come early but we weren't worried as for some reason my body will not go into labor.
She weighed 7lbs and 5oz and was 21 inches long or around there. I know I should know how long she was but I didn't pay too much attention to that. I just know she was longer then
Thing 1 and weighed a little less then she did.

Thing 1 was distraught during these pictures. My in-laws came down for a short period of time and took
Thing 1 to stay with them in
the Burg while I was in the hospital. She did NOT like the idea of having to leave her baby sister. As evidenced in the picture below. In the end she had a ton of fun with her Aunt Linds and her grandparents but still leaving the hospital room was not fun for any of us.

Thing 1 around while we were in the hospital it was really nice just spending time with little
Thing 2. She is such a cute baby- we are smitten with her.
